What is Insights Discovery?

Insights Discovery is a personality profiling tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It uses four colour energies - Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue - to help people understand their style and communicate better with others.

How long is an Insights Discovery workshop?

The workshops run as a half day or a full day for up to 15 people. Before the session, each person completes a 15–20 minute online questionnaire to generate their profile.

What is in an Insights Discovery profile?

Each person receives a personalised report of 20 pages covering their strengths, communication style, potential blind spots and how they work with others.

How much does Insights Discovery training cost?

Yes. I am Samantha Vale, a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner , with 20+ years developing and training people in entertainment, insurance, healthcare and education.

Workshops are delivered face to face, at your workplace or a venue of your choice, across London and the surrounding home counties as well as the wider UK.

Facilitation starts from £1,200. Insights profiles are not included in the facilitation fee and are charged separately per person. Every workshop is tailored to your team, and I confirm a clear quote after a free, no-obligation call.
