I am Sam, founder of Improving People.

I help businesses improve by improving their people.

I believe that all people have potential; personally and professionally and I have built a career spanning 25 years on identifying and propelling that potential.

Having worked with an extensive range of client - from celebrities to CEOs, from the entertainment industry to insurance industry over the last 20 years - I have designed and delivered diverse, dynamic training programmes that enhance skills, confidence and performance at every level.
