Building real confidence for real life

The Confidence Company creates practical, uplifting spaces where young people can grow the skills they need to feel capable in everyday life.

Our workshops are designed for two age groups, Years 5–7 and Years 8–10, so that every young person learns in an environment that feels right for them.

We don’t believe confidence comes from being loud, outgoing or a “natural leader.” We believe it grows from skills, self‑understanding, and supportive spaces where young people can try, explore and discover what they’re capable of.

We help young people understand themselves, communicate clearly, work effectively with others, and step into small moments of responsibility with ease.

Our programme is built around four core pillars -

Communication, Identity & Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork & Collaboration and Leadership

Our approach is simple:

When young people feel seen, supported, equipped with tools and given the opportunities to try; confidence grows naturally.

Every session is designed to help them feel more grounded, more capable, and more confident.

Real confidence for real life.

That’s what we teach.

That’s what they take home.

Our confidence pillars

  • Helping young people express themselves clearly, listen well, and feel comfortable speaking in different situations. They learn how to share and present ideas and communicate with confidence in everyday life.

  • Supporting young people as they understand who they are, how they feel, and how to handle challenges. They explore their strengths, build resilience, and develop the emotional tools to navigate real‑life moments with self‑awareness.

  • Building the skills to work well with others - from problem‑solving to cooperation and navigating different personalities. Young people learn how to contribute, support others, and feel part of a team without needing to be the loudest voice in the room.

  • Focusing on the small, everyday moments where young people can step up - making decisions, taking responsibility, and helping others.
